Features

  • Provides exceptional anti-slip performance against substances that cause slipping, such as water, oil, and dust.
  • Adheres well to various substrates (metal, concrete, asphalt, etc.), with strong resistance to peeling.
  • Generally, no primer is required, enabling easy one-coat application with a dedicated roller. A special primer (M-Primer) is available for improved adhesion to hot-dip galvanized surfaces.
  • Meets the global plastic flame resistance standard UL-94 V-0, ensuring self-extinguishing properties.
  • Excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance.

Applications

  • Ladders and stairs on car carrier ships
  • Runways on RORO ferries
  • Areas prone to slipping due to water or oil
  • Tank tops and stairways for hazardous and flammable materials, breakwaters, etc.
  • Indoor and outdoor stairs, walkways, forklift paths, and truck yards in factories and offices (also serves as road surface protection).

Precautions Based on Substrate Material

  • Special concrete surfaces such as colored concrete, chemical-treated concrete, and dustproof coatings require adhesion strength testing before application.
  • For non-ferrous metals (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum), pre-treat with sandpaper or blasting before coating.
  • When applying to painted steel plates, test application is recommended to assess surface adhesion.
  • If chemical resistance is required, verify compatibility between the target chemicals and plastic materials.

Safety Precautions

For health-related precautions, please refer to and follow the SDS (Safety Data Sheet).
